Simple Ways To Make Your Mind Body & Spirit Sing

Do you ever wonder what you can do to enjoy life more? Sometimes it is the simple things we take for granted or forget about including in our daily rituals that make the difference.

Simple ideas to make your mind, body and spirit sing

  • Go with the flow as often as you can. Do not resist. Trust the Universe to provide.
  • Drink lots of water to help flood toxins and old energy from your body.
  • When you are in the shower with the water running onto your head, imagine clean, pure white energy coming into your body and old dark energy flowing down the plughole. Close your eyes and imagine your spirit being cleansed by simply taking a shower.
  • Listen to your body and stop being led by your head and mind. Rely on the power and wisdom of your body to guide your life.
  • Learn how to relax and relax often. Do something you love and do not think about anything else.  Take a hot bath, sit quiety with a book, watch a movie. Be in the present. Stop thinking…thinking about life’s challenges. They will still be there after you have replenished your energy but may look or feel less significant with your renewed focus.
  • Be kind to yourself and others. Don’t be so hard on yourself, your family, your friends or your work colleagues. By being gentle, you will stop resisting and just do things naturally, easily and without expending unecessary effort. Preserve your energy for important endeavours. Your health and wellbeing will thank you for it.
  • Keep a diary or a journal and write down your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Reflect on them and measure the value of your thoughts. What lessons are there to learn? Have you done everything you can for yourself and others?
    • Take time to reflect and purge yourself of worries. Once written down, do they need to be be worried about again? Is simply acknowledging their presence enough? Move on now and focus on the beauty in life.
  • Get in touch with your spiritual self. Work with vibrational energy such as crystals, essential oils and energy healing like Reiki.
  • Get back in touch with nature. Go for a walk, stand or lay on the grass – with bare feet if possible. Feel the energy that concrete, steel and electromagnetic fields block us from experiencing. Find a special place to escape to during the day when you need to relax and recharge your battery.  Feel the peace and calm that nature has to offer 24/7. Feel your mind, body and spirit sing in nature’s presence.
  • Move your body by yourself or with the help of others. Share a walk, do some stretching, get a massage to stimulate the blood flow and energy blockages in your body and joints. Release the negative and stagnant energies in your body.
